MAPC: Synopsis Submission ONLY- Dec 2020 TEE

Send synopsis in any ONE MODE ONLY.
1) To the Regional Centre, Pune by hand or by registered post.
2) Online mode
Applicable for those learners who have re-registered for the Second year till July 2020 session. The programme should be within the validity period at the time you are submitting your synopsis.
Synopsis will be accepted through any ONE MODE through Google Form Only. Do Not send the Synopsis through email.
Synopsis should be submitted as ONE SINGLE FILE and in pdf format only.
Synopsis submitted should be in the ORDER given in check list.
Check List for Synopsis Submission:
1. Proforma for Approval of Project Synopsis (Appendix-IV);
2. Guide’s consent received through the email to your email ID. Guide should mention student's name &
Enrollment in his/her email;
3. Mention whether your Guide is approved Academic Counsellor of IGNOU or from outside. Attach Biodata of
Guide/Supervisor (in case of other than Academic Counsellor, Appendix-I);
4. Text of Synopsis copy.
Guide’s consent format:
“I hereby express my consent to guide Mr./Ms.…………Enrollment No. ………….of MAPC programme of IGNOU for the Project topic “..…………….”.
NOTE: Those re-submitting the disapproved synopsis after making necessary correction, submit the comment sheet provided by the Evaluator along with the corrected synopsis.
Synopsis not following guidelines mentioned in the Project Handbook will not be considered for evaluation. Submit synopsis before the last date of submission. Submit synopsis on or before 30th November, 2020.
Save the email you receive as a reply for submitting your synopsis through google form. Consider it as an acknowledgement. You'll not receive any additional acknowledgement from IGNOU Regional Centre, Pune.
STATUS OF APPROVAL WILL BE SENT TO STUDENTS AFTER EVALUATION.
